This list covers suppliers and decentralised compute operators that may process personal data for CapIX or on Customer instructions. Contact: hello@capix.network.
Core service suppliers
- Vercel Inc.: web application hosting, delivery and request processing; account and technical metadata; primarily United States and configured edge regions; transfer safeguards include contractual terms and Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
- Neon, Inc.: managed PostgreSQL database infrastructure; account, transaction, deployment and support metadata; configured European region with supplier support processing; contractual safeguards and Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
- OpenRouter, Inc.: inference routing when a Customer selects an eligible routed model; prompts, responses and request metadata required to provide inference; route-dependent locations and contractual safeguards.
- Transactional communications, security and professional-service suppliers: limited contact, support, incident and legal data as required. A supplier is added to this public list before material production processing begins.
Decentralised compute Providers
Independent CapIX node operators and capacity marketplaces process workload data only when selected by a Customer or its routing policy. The applicable route, region and workload class are shown in the quote, deployment detail or route receipt where supported. Operators are bound by the Provider Agreement and data-processing terms appropriate to their role. Customers should use region restrictions and confidential-compute controls where required.
CapIX will provide at least 30 days' notice before adding a subprocessor that materially changes processing, except an urgent replacement required for security or continuity. A Customer may object on reasonable data-protection grounds within 14 days. CapIX will seek a reasonable alternative; if none is available, the affected Service may be terminated with a pro-rata refund of prepaid unused fees.
